Wendy's book is written to help eliminate weaknesses in the system and crimes of criminal defense lawyers related to the rape and murder of children. If lawyers were federally regulated most crimes facilitated by them are easily prevented. This includes misery perpetuated by ghastly defense attorneys.
I am the victim of an atrocious white-collar crime perpetuated by lawyers and NYC regulators. As group activity, two sisters and their respective lawyers, using estate money tried to steal a rather large inheritance, they lost. It started out as a civil case and is just now moving to criminal (Jan 2001 – Sept 2007).
POINT
If we adapted the regulatory model currently applied to futures professionals to lawyers in private practice, we can prevent 90% of the crime facilitated by ill-intended lawyers. ANY crime, I know this because I have watched the futures industry clean itself up over the past 30 years.
Our regulatory model is only 30 years old. It appears to be the most effective model in the world. How it functions has proven itself superior.

Our civil “Justice” system is “set-up” to take people’s money at their expense.
The underlying intention is to exploit people for financial gain, rather than serve people.
The system works against God or universal law and will eventually cause its’ own demise.
All systems that work against God always cause their own demise.
Like gravity, the law cannot fail.

The government claims to regulate “officers of the court”. Grievance Committees are useless. The claim has proven to be bogus as is the integrity of the judicial system.
The problem is easy to fix if only someone would listen.
