What percent of collar crime is facilitated and/or ignored by lawyers? That percentage can be dramatically reduced or almost eliminated. This site introduces the concept of Federal regulation of lawyers using a model currently applied to the futures industry. The model has proven itself successful over the past 30 years;and is easily adapted to any commercial enterprise. If site content stimulates an inner prompting to do something constructive, please pass it along to anyone that can use the ideas offered. |

And Justice for Some by Wendy Murphy Esq.Wendy's book is written to help eliminate weaknesses in the system and crimes of criminal defense lawyers related to the rape and murder of children. Crimes perpetuated by lawyers are deadly cancer that permeate the entire legal profession. This is 2007, cancer is easily removed from any physical system. While at Barnes and Noble, under new releases staring at me was a book called: If lawyers were federally regulated most crimes facilitated by them are easily prevented. This includes misery perpetuated by ghastly defense attorneys. I am the victim of an atrocious white-collar crime perpetuated by lawyers and NYC regulators. As group activity, two sisters and their respective lawyers, using estate money tried to steal a rather large inheritance, they lost. It started out as a civil case and is just now moving to criminal (Jan 2001 – Sept 2007). POINT If we adapted the regulatory model currently applied to futures professionals to lawyers in private practice, we can prevent 90% of the crime facilitated by ill-intended lawyers. ANY crime, I know this because I have watched the futures industry clean itself up over the past 30 years. Our regulatory model is only 30 years old. It appears to be the most effective model in the world. How it functions has proven itself superior. You might find the site useful if you take time to look at the model and its effectiveness – http://www.legal-disclosure.com/superior.html Our civil “Justice” system is “set-up” to take people’s money at their expense. I described the experience I lived through at http://www.legal-disclosure.com. Solutions are at http://www.legal-disclosure.com/events.html I also think the Government should restore people that they victimize. Allowing something to happen
causes the problem. Restoration is easy to accomplish The government claims to regulate “officers of the court”. Grievance Committees are useless. The claim has proven to be bogus as is the integrity of the judicial system. The problem is easy to fix if only someone would listen. Again, thanks for your book Wendy. |
