Court rules – they rely on what is submitted in petitions, unless fraud and collusion are suspected. What they are supposed to do if fraud or collusion exist I could not find written in the same law!

4. The FBI has a Public Corruption Unit – A letter written to Washington DC got a response that I should bring information to the local FBI Office http://www.fbi.gov/libref/factsfigure/publiccorupt.htm  I received two letters and a phone call. Link here to read the letters.

The FBI called to say they were doing nothing. They prefer to prevent crimes that effect many people –the lawyers names would be put into their computers in case anyone else was hurt.

5. In 2003 I go back to the DA to file criminal charges. (Link here to the letter). I also called them. Over 30 days later an Asst DA of Special Prosecutions tells me that I did not file criminal charges and she would not open the case. She said that this case is civil not criminal and no city agency would open it. She said that the court has power to resolve the estate and the disciplinary committee will deal with the lawyers. This is criminal activity and everybody did nothing. She also said “If you didn’t have everyone’s name all over the internet, maybe someone would help you.” With that statement, she left the telephone number of the intake line. I had the story on

6. I filed a complaint with the Grievance Committee against Eric Davis Esq. for filing a bogus law suit against me in the Supreme Court. He claimed he was wrongfully dismissed (The act of filing a bogus law suit is illegal). The committee responded with a letter saying that the complaint needs judicial intervention and they were not taking any action. True story! It took a committee of 59 people to make that decision.

7. I filed a complaint against Barbara McGrady Esq. and Joseph Gaffney Esq. for facilitating Estate theft – the exact complaint, what Cannons were violated and what criminal laws were broken, is part of the Petition to remove the executor. Read Petition #37 Ex X. I get no response.

8. I filed a complaint against Jeffrey Levitt Esq. for taking my money and quitting.
http://www.legal007.com He quit shortly after being paid $7500. The court needed to be petitioned for money. The were aware of the activity!

9. July or August 2004 receive a letter from the grievance committee saying my case is being closed and no action is taken against any lawyer because they don’t understand what my problem is. They said my case is where it needs to be, with the Surrogate Court. They said I wrote them 20 letters over the past four years. Truth is I filed four complaints and copied them on letters sent elsewhere. Link here to the letter they sent me.

Remember, on August 25, 2004 my petition to remove the executor was denied by the Court. Again the court claimed that the petition failed to state a cause of action for removal. Link to the court order.  Link to the transcript.

Also remember that court personnel are involved with removing documents from records and altering estate minutes. (Read the petition – in the appeal missing documents are submitted and where I can substantiate minutes being manipulated is also in the petition)

11. I tried the Attorney General’s office in New York City twice in four years and gave up – they do not respond to insignificant mortals such as myself.

12. I tried Senator Schumer’s office, Hillary Clinton, Judith Kaye, the Mayor’s committee on the Judiciary. All I got was no answer or a letter saying we can’t help you. Schumer’s office called, someone suggested I get a lawyer, told me lawyers were regulated and she suggested I find another way to use language. She found my use of language too offensive! She also asked if it was over, I said no, she said wait and see.

13. NEW Reporting...As of October 9, 2004 - this was reported to four more agencies I found in New York City. Carol Robles - Roman The Deputy Mayor for Legal Affairs, The Inspector General of the Unified Court System, The Office to Combat Police Corruption (I reported the DA). The Mayors Committee on Judicial Appointment asks for a copy of judicial complaints filed. We'll see what happens. 5-17-04 Nothing happened. No response from anyone.
