“For any kind of trespass, whether it concerns an ox, donkey, a sheep, or clothing, or any kind of lost thing which another claims to be his, the cause of both parties shall come before the Judges. And whomever the Judges condemn shall pay double to his neighbor.” Exodus 22:9

What percent of lawyers facilitate or ignore white-collar crime?

We can dramatically reduced or almost eliminate that percentage. This site introduces the idea of adapting a Fin-Reg model used for the futures industry to include all lawyers, accountants and CEO’s of any industry. The model has proven to be successful over the past 30 years. It pays for itself, therefore eliminates current and future financial burdens incurred by superfluous and redundant government regulation. If site content stimulates an inner prompting to do something constructive, please pass it along to anyone that can use the ideas offered.

Restore the People

Because “illegal use of law” is a function of consciousness, it’s highly probable that the problem is inherent throughout the United States. A simple plan for ‘asking’ each state to restore people is easy to implement.

The endeavor can be a community service project. Lawyers causing misery for people become the source of free labor. Lawyers are easily located through local Grievance Committee and Court records. With a new system, they are easily located through the local DA. Time contributed can be related to the degree of misery they caused someone else.

Similar to a fine system currently used in commodities and securities, a valuable source of revenue is available to the federal and/or local government.

1. Choose a time frame: Go back 10 years. Every person proving financial loss resulting from regulatory inadequacies will be reimbursed by the local government. WHY? People should be reimbursed twice by those most responsible for causing the loss. A good regulatory system works for all people.

2. Keep the project available in current reality. Similar to how the Commodity Futures Trading Commission deals with Reparation Claims, keep the project open under the new regulations. It gives people a safe place that honestly helps them.

3. Get help from local media: Announce “Restore the People” through local media. Have one input site categorized by state and sorted by county. Design a user form where people can submit exact information needed to prove their claim. Use the CFTC model for collecting information to prove a claim. http://www.cftc.gov

The project has no out of pocket cost to the Federal Government and creates another source of revenue (fines). It holds state regulators, law firms and lawyers accountable for their actions.
